Nichelle Brunner is the Program Associate for the Transforming Movements Fund with Borealis Philanthropy. Prior to Borealis, she volunteered with Morris Home, a safe haven and rehabilitation facility for trans and variant youth in Philadelphia, PA. Her previous work experience includes her role as facilitator at Presenting Our Perspectives on Philly Youth News (POPPYN), a Black and Brown youth-led news show focused on issues such as gentrification, police brutality, and the foster care system. Most recently, Nichelle was the Volunteer and Communications Coordinator with Impact Hub MSP in Minneapolis, MN. She graduated from Temple University with a B.A. in Communications, with a focus on Policy, Regulation, and Advocacy.
