From 2017 to 2025, Borealis Philanthropy’s Racial Equity in Philanthropy (REP) Fund invested over $34 million in philanthropy-serving organizations to inform, educate, and equip funders to integrate racial equity policies and practices into their grantmaking programs.
By resourcing these entities, the REP Fund extended the philanthropic sector’s capacity to operationalize equity and support movements to build power.
